Shipping & Returns

We usually only shipped on Monday and Tuesday to avoid the shipping delay at weekend.

We will do my best to protect the plant. But Please understand that anything can happen during transit. Any issues regarding plant quality or damage must be made within 5 Days of receipt of the plant. Requests made after 5 days will not be honored as we are not able to control the plant’s growing environment once is out of our hands.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we would greatly appreciate it if you could first reach out to provide us an opportunity to resolve the issue, before proceeding to leave negative feedback.
