Shipping & Returns

We usually ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to help avoid weekend transit delays.

We do our best to pack and protect each plant carefully. However, please understand that live plants can be affected during shipping. If you have any concerns about plant quality or shipping damage, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after 5 days may not be accepted, as we cannot control the plant’s condition once it has been in a new environment for an extended time.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to make it right before you leave negative feedback.
